Wordfringe 2007

Festival of New Writing in Aberdeen and North-East Scotland

Wordfringe 2007 offers book and magazine launches, drama projects, a storytelling session, a performance poetry workshop, a comedy night, a competition prizegiving for young writers, and an event combining poetry with live music and dance, as well as more conventional poetry and fiction readings. Aberdeen remains at the heart of the festival, but this year we also have events in Banchory, Banff and Ellon, and even one in Edinburgh. Aberdeen's Me FM will also be featuring Wordfringe writers on Sunday afternoons throughout May.
